Snow Skin Mooncake with Biogreen


  • 450g cooked glutinous rice flour
  • 300g icing sugar
  • 300ml cold water
  • 4 tablespoon shortening
  • 1kg lotus-pandan paste + 4 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Pure Black Sesame Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Biogreen Organic Green Balance Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Biogreen Wild Rice Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Biogreen Pink Lady

Preparation methods:

  1. Combine icing sugar, shortening and cold water.
  2. Add in the flour and Biogreen products. Blend till it became smooth dough. Then set aside for about 30 minutes.
  3. Dust your work surface with ample of the glutionous rice flour and dust your hands with the flour too.
  4. Divide the dough and filling into small balls (about the size of a ping pong ball).
  5. Flatten the ball of dough and wrap it with the filling. Form a ball.
  6. Lightly dust the mould with the flour and place the dough ball with the fillings into the mould and push.
  7. Lightly knock the moulded mooncake out and place it in an airtight container. Refrigerate it for few hours and it is ready to be served cold!


  • 糕粉 450克
  • 糖粉 300 克
  • 冷水 300 克
  • 白油 4 汤匙
  • Biogreen 有机大小麦苗粉2 汤匙/ Biogreen 紫黑糙米粉2 汤匙/ Biogreen 十谷燕麦奶粉2 汤匙

斑斓莲蓉馅1公斤 + 4 汤匙Biogreen 100% 纯黑芝麻粉


  1. 将白油与糖粉混合,加入冷水拌均。
  2. 加入糕粉和Biogreen 产品(依据想要的颜色),揉成粉团。放置约30分钟。
  3. 作板上,撒下足够的糕粉。手上也得沾上糕粉。
  4. 粉团平均分隔,并将之揉成小球状 (约乒乓球般大小)。
  5. 将小粉团压平,并将馅料放入、包好,再揉成大球状。
  6. 月饼模型板和粉球上,撒下少许糕粉,再将粉球放入模型中,用力轻轻压平。
  7. 轻敲打月饼模型板侧旁,使手制月饼顺利诞生。将月饼放入盒子内盖好,放入冰箱数小时后,即可食用。
