Healthy Thai Mango Sticky Sweet Rice Dessert


Served with:
3 ripe mangos, cut into bite-size pieces Concentrated Soya Milk - 6 tablespoons of Biogreen Low Sugar Soya Milk in 2 cups of water

Preparation methods:

  1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight.
  2. Steam the glutinous rice in a pot by draining the water and adding the diluted soya milk to the rice, plus 1/2 tsp salt and 4 tablespoons of coconut oil. Stir this into the rice, lifting any rice grains that have stuck to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Allow to simmer for 45 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed by the rice.
  4. Make the concentrated soya milk and leave it aside.
  5. Place scoops of the sticky rice in bowls (Note that sticky rice can be served cold, warm, or at room temperature, as desired). Ladle a generous amount of concentrated soya milk over the rice. Add pieces of ripe fresh mango.

  1. 將糯米放入鍋中,加入低糖豆奶、海鹽和椰子油,攪拌均勻。
  2. 約45分鐘或至水分完全被糯米吸收。
  3. 將濃稠豆奶調配好,置旁。
  4. 糯米飯弄成球狀,放入碗中。(隨各人喜好,糯米飯能以冷、溫食用。)
  5. 將果粒放在糯米飯團旁,淋上適量的濃稠豆奶,即可食用。
