Steamed Cupcakes


  • 500g Organic Wheat Flour with wheat starch and baking powder
  • 100g Biogreen Pink Lady Oatmilk
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 20g lecithin
  • 200ml water

Preparation methods:

  1. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, lecithin and Pink Lady Oatmilk with water until evenly combined.
  2. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until there are no more lumps of flour.
  3. Pour the batter into cupcake moulds.
  4. Steam for 15-20minutes
  5. Your steamed cupcakes are ready to serve!
