Soya Milk Potato Pancake


  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • 450 g BMS Organic Unbleached Plain Flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 300 ml Biogreen Organic Low Sugar Soya Milk

Preparation methods:

  1. Mix the Unbleached Plain Flour with the baking powder and salt.
  2. Add the potato, soya milk, grapeseed oil, and mix all together to form the batter.
  3. Put three tablespoon of the batter in a greased pan, form pancakes and bake on medium heat until the potato pancakes are golden brown and slightly firm.
  4. Serve the soya milk potato pancakes with honey.
