Healthy Java Sauce / Mee

Ingredients (sauce):

  • Mee (scalded)
  • Bean sprout (scalded)
  • Taufu (scalded)
  • Hard boiled egg (optional)
  • Parsley
  • Red chilli

Preparation methods:

  1. Pre-soak the brown rice for 2-4 hours and cooked it
  2. Steam the pumpkin and sweet potato for 15 minutes
  3. Pour all the ingredients into blender including the cooked rice and steamed pumpkin and sweet potato
  4. Add in 600ml hot water and blend for 1 minute
  5. Your delicious healthy Java sauce is ready to be mixed with the scalded mee and other ingredients

  • 煮水鸡蛋 (选择性)
  • 香菜/荷兰芹
  • 红辣椒

烹调方法:

  1. 将糙米浸泡约2 – 4 小时,煮熟。
  2. 南瓜和番薯蒸约15分钟。
  3. 将所有酱汁材料,包括煮熟的南瓜、番薯、糙米倒入搅拌器内。
  4. 入600毫升的热水,搅拌约1分钟。
  5. 味、健康的爪哇酱完成了!配上煮熟的面条和其他材料,即可食用。
