Corn Okara sushi ~ Tea time

Ingredients:

  • 60g Okara (soy pulp)
  • 30g Corn
  • 2 tablespoons Biogreen 5 Grain Oatmilk
  • 1 teaspoon Biogreen O' Blue Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1 piece Nori seaweed
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Water

Preparation methods:

  1. Mix okara, oatmilk, agave nectar and sea salt. Add in a little bit of water and stir until it becomes a batter.
  2. Add in corn and mix evenly
  3. Put the mixture on nori and roll it to form sushi
  4. Steam it for approximately 15 minutes
  5. Cut it into small pieces
  6. Serve immediately

材料:

  • Okara (豆渣) 60克
  • 玉米粒 30克
  • Biogreen 5谷燕麦奶 2 汤匙
  • Biogreen O' Blue 有机金龙舍蜜
  • 1 茶匙 Nori 海苔
  • 1 片
  • 海盐一撮 水份

烹調方法:

  1. 将okara、燕麦奶、龙舍蜜和海盐混合,搅均。加入少许水,慢慢搅至凝结糊状。
  2. 加入玉米粒,搅均。
  3. 将混合好的食材放在海苔上,卷成寿司状。
  4. 将之蒸约15分钟。
  5. 将之切段。
  6. 可享用了。
